Our Rental Policy

For the comfort and safety of our tenants, the following policies are strictly enforced:

1. The number of occupants is limited to 3 persons for a 1-bedroom apartment and to 4 persons for a 2-bedroom apartment.
2. No Pets allowed
3. No Washer/Dryer in unit
4. No Bar-B-Q
5. No Water Beds
6. No Commercial Vehicles allowed on the property
7. Guest Policy
